Study the User’s Satisfaction of Iran’s Statistical Center

چکیده

The aim of this research is to study the user’s satisfaction of existing data in Iran’s Statistical Center web site in the last three months of 1389. The method of this research in terms of purpose is practical (applied) and data gathering is descriptive and correlation type. The population of this study includes 91520, all who use the Statistical Center of Iran website. Samples are selected by the use of Morgan Table as well as Cochran formula includes 383 people whom only answered the questionnaires about 306. Sampling method is simple random. Face and content -related validity was obtained by using the available sources and connoisseurs’ opinions and their validity through tentative execution and calculation of Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient that was equal to 0.87.  The findings indicated that most of the respondents are familiar with the Iran’s statistical website. They are also satisfied with the use of it and gathering their information. So many of them use or will use the information of population and housing census in Iran’ statistical site.
