تحلیل استنادی و ترسیم ساختار تولیدات علمی جهانی در حوزه حقوق مالکیت فکری در میان سال‌های 2000 تا 2010

چکیده

هدف: تحلیل استنادی و ترسیم ساختار تولیدات علمی حوزه حقوق مالکیت فکری در سطح بین­المللی در بازه زمانی 2000 تا 2010 است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کاربردی و به روش تحلیل استنادی از روش‌های علم سنجی انجام شده است. تعداد 678 پیشینه در قالب مقاله، مقاله کنفرانس، نقد و بررسی و غیره در سال‌های 2000-2010 به صورت فایل‌های متنی از پایگاه وبگاه علوم استخراج و در رایانه شخصی ذخیره گردید. سپس با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و نرم افزارهای HistCite ، ISI.exe و Excel  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل های لازم قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ها: متوسط نرخ رشد سالانه انتشارات حوزه حقوق مالکیت فکری طی سال‌های مورد بررسی در پایگاه " آی اس آی " 8/8 درصد می­باشد. تولیدات علمی حوزه با مشارکت 49 کشور و به 7 زبان زنده دنیا تولید شده‌اند که در این میان آمریکا با تولید 219 رکورد رتبه نخست را در بین کشورها دارد و 5/97 درصد مقالات به زبان انگلیسی بودند. 512 مؤسسه علمی و دانشگاهی در تولید این مدارک همکاری داشتند که دانشگاه کلرادو با تولید 12 مقاله فعال­ترین مؤسسه شناخته شد. به لحاظ موضوعی، اصلی­ترین خوشه علمی حوزه در مبحث حقوق مالکیت فکری در تجارت بین­الملل و روابط اقتصادی بین کشورها بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: در کل 59 درصد تولیدات را 5 کشور نخست منتشر کرده­اند. میانگین ضریب همکاری نویسندگان برابر با 23/0 به دست آمد که دلالت بر همکاری کم نویسندگان این حوزه دارد. با توجه به خوشه اصلی حوزه می­توان گفت که اهمیت حقوق مالکیت فکری در مبحث اقتصاد به ویژه اقتصاد بین­الملل جایگاه ویژه­ای دارد.
