بررسی میزان سرمایه اجتماعی و شاخص‌های آن در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی تابع وزارت علوم مستقر در شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی میزان سرمایه اجتماعی[1] و شاخص­های آن در کتابخانه­های دانشگاهی است. در پژوهش حاضر شاخص­های اعتماد متقابل[2]، روابط[3]، عمل متقابل[4]، ظرفیت[5]، تنوع[6] و ساختار [7] به عنوان شاخص­های سرمایه اجتماعی در نظر گرفته شده، که در میان اغلب صاحب­نظران این حوزه مشترکاً پذیرفته شده است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی تحلیلی و ابزار پژوهش پرسش­نامه ‌است. جامعه پژوهش 218 کتابدار کتابخانه­های دانشگاه­های وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری هستند که140 نفر با روش تصادفی طبقه­ای به عنوان نمونه تعیین شد. برای بررسی پاسخ­ها از روش­های آماری توصیفی، آزمون فریدمن و t-test استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته­ها نشان داد که میانگین سرمایه اجتماعی در کتابخانه­های دانشگاهی (93/2) است و در میان شاخص­های آن، تنوع با میانگین (30/3) بیشترین و ظرفیت با میانگین (50/2) کمترین میزان را دارد.
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر این است که میزان سرمایه اجتماعی در نمونه مورد بررسی در حد متوسط است و تفاوت معناداری میان شاخص­های سرمایه اجتماعی وجود دارد و تمامی شاخص­ها جز ظرفیت بالاتر از حد متوسط هستند.
