چکیده

 در این مقاله به اولویت­بندی هفت عامل موثر بر عملکرد شرکت­های تولیدی با استفاده از روش حذف و جابجایی گزینه­ها^[1] پرداخته شده است. هفت عامل ورودی در سازمان­های تولیدی که در این تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته­اند عبارتند از: مدیریت، منابع انسانی، مواد، روش، پول، بازار و ماشین آلات. جامعه آماری این تحقیق صنایع ماشین­سازی تبریزکار است که شامل 50 نفر نیروی انسـانی می­باشد. به دلیل محدود بودن جامعه آماری همه اعضای آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و از نمونه­گیری استفاده نشده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می­دهد که عوامل مدیریت و ماشین­آلات از نظر اهمیت در اولویت اول قرار دارند. منابع انسانی و روش از اولویت دوم برخوردارند و مواد، پول و بازار نیز در رتبه سوم اهمیت قرار دارند.
