چکیده | ||
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تأثیر هوش اخلاقی مدیران بر مهارتهای ارتباطی آنان در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان آذربایجانشرقی میباشد. در این پژوهش تأثیر هوش اخلاقی مدیران و ابعاد آن شامل درستکاری، مسئولیتپذیری، دلسوزی، و بخشش بر مهارتهای ارتباطی مدیران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعهی آماری پژوهش حاضر مدیران عالی و میانی واحدهای بیمهای و درمانی سازمان مورد مطالعه به تعداد 249 نفر میباشد. حجم نمونهی آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 151 نفر برآورد شده است. روش نمونهگیری به صورت تصادفی طبقهای میباشد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه میباشد. روایی پرسشنامه به صورت صوری است. پایایی پرسشنامه توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برای سؤالهای هوش اخلاقی و مهارتهای ارتباطی پرسشنامه به ترتیب با اعتبار 838/0 و 726/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از آزمونهای r پیرسون و رگرسیون دو متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل بیانگر آن است که هوش اخلاقی مدیران و ابعاد چهارگانهی آن بر مهارتهای ارتباطی آنان در سازمان مورد مطالعه تأثیر دارد. | ||
