تأثیر آفت‌کش‌های رایج بر سفیدبالک جالیز (Hem.: Aleyrodidae) Bemisia tabaci روی خیار پاییزه در اهواز

چکیده

Bemisia tabaci Gennadius بیش از 100 سال پیش معرفی شده و به محصولات زراعی و غیر زراعی مناطق گرمسیر جهان خسارت وارد می‌کند. عوامل زیستی مختلف مانند دامنه وسیع میزبانی، چند نسلی بودن، نرخ بالای تولید­مثل، توانایی انتقال ویروس­های گیاهی و گسترش مقاومت به حشره‌کش­ها باعث مشکلاتی در مدیریت این سفیدبالک شده است. در این تحقیق تأثیر 5 نوع   حشره­کش شامل پیری­پروکسی­فن، ایمیداکلوپراید، پی­متروزین، فن­پروپاترین و بوپروفزین بر B. tabaci جهت تعیین بهترین حشره­کش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نمونه­برداری برگی، 3 برگ از قسمت­های بالایی، میانی، پایینی 3 بوته و مجموعاً 9 برگ از هر پلات را به طور تصادفی انتخاب و حشرات کامل آفت روی سطح زیرین آن مورد شمارش قرار ­گرفت. جهت شمارش پوره و پوپاریوم آفت، برگ­ها را از ساقه گیاهان جدا نموده و در زیر بینوکولر شمارش­ها صورت گرفت. سپس داده‌های بدست آمده مورد تجزیه آماری قرار گرفت و با استفاده از آزمون چند دامنه­ای دانکن در سطح یک و 5 درصد مورد مقایسه آماری قرار گرفته و گروه­بندی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد هیچ­کدام از 10 تیمار حشره­کش تأثیر قابل­قبولی بر جمعیت پوره و پوپاریوم ندارند و در مورد حشرات کامل آفت، تیمارهای        پیری­پروکسی­فن (%10EC ) به میزان 750 سی­سی در هکتار، ایمیداکلوپراید (%35SC ) به میزان 750 سی­سی در هکتار ، پی­متروزین (%25WG ) به میزان 1 کیلوگرم در هکتار و پی­متروزین (%25WG ) به میزان 25/1 کیلوگرم در هکتار برتری بیشتری نسبت به شاهد داشتند.
