بررسی الگوی مصرف مواد و ارتباط آن با کارکرد خانواده در مراجعین ‏مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر تبریز

چکیده

کارکرد خانواده مهمترین جنبه از محیط خانواده است که اثر مهمی در سلامتی جسمانی و اجتماعی و هیجانی اعضایش دارد هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه الگوی مصرف مواد با کارکرد خانواده در مراجعان به مراکز ترک اعتیاد بود. این تحقیق الگوی مصرف مواد را با کارکرد خانواده در 100 نفر از افرادی که جهت درمان به مراکز ترک اعتیاد سازمان بهزیستی شهرستان تبریز در سال 1389 مراجعه نموده بودند مقایسه کرده است، جهت جمع آوری داده ها از فرم تجدید نظر شده مقیاس ارزیابی انطباق پذیری و همبستگی خانواده(FACES III)، پرسشنامه غربالگری سوء مصرف مواد(DAST-10) و نیز سؤالاتی مطابق ملاکهای تشخیصی DSM-IV برای پیدا کردن الگوی مصرف مواد انتخاب شد و داده های گردآوری شده به کمک تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شدند. بین الگوی مصرف مواد و همبستگی خانواده تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. مصرف کنندگان مزمن نمرات پایین تری در مقایسه با مصرف کنندگان تفنّنی و عود کننده در بعد همبستگی خانواده داشتند. در بعد انطباق پذیری تفاوت معناداری بین الگوی مصرف مواد وجود نداشت. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که کارکرد خانواده افراد با توجه به الگوی مصرفی آنها فرق می کند. بنابرین جهت بهبود کارکرد خانواده بهتر است از خانواده درمانی ساختاری-راهبردی استفاده شود.
