رابطۀ تمایز‎ ‎خود با نشانگان روان شناختی و جسمی در زنان مراجعه کننده ‏به مراکز مشاوره‏

چکیده

 این مقاله به مطالعۀ سلامت عمومی زنان از دیدگاه نظام­های خانواده بوئن و با تأکید بر مفهوم تمایز یافتگی، پرداخته است. در این نوشتار چنین فرض شد که بین سلامت عمومی زنان (کارکرد جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی) با سطح تمایز یافتگی رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین فرض شد سلامت عمومی زنان تمایز یافته و تمایز نایافته متفاوت است. نمونه شامل83 زن مراجعه کننده به کلینیک مشاوره و روان شناسی دانشگاه الزهراست. از دو پرسشنامه DSI-R و GHQ برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تمایز یافتگی و سلامت عمومی رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. از میان خرده مقیاس­های تمایزخود، واکنش عاطفی، گسلش عاطفی و آمیختگی با دیگران، پیش­بینی کننده­های نشانگان جسمی، اضطراب، افسردگی و اختلال در کارکرد اجتماعی هستند. همچنین بین سلامت عمومی زنان تمایز یافته و تمایز نایافته تفاوت وجود دارد.
