چشم انداز حقوق زنان از نگاه سازمان ملل متحد

چکیده

وقتی در سال 1945 جنگ جهانی دوم پایان یافت و سازمان ملل متحد تشکیل شد احترام به حقوق بشر و اعلام ایمان مجدد به حقوق اساسی انسانها و ارزش شخصیت متعالی او و تساوی حقوق مرد و زن عالیترین آرمان سازمان ملل معرفی شد و از دولتهای عضو خواسته شد که در تحقق این اهداف با یکدیگر تشریک مساعی نمایند و برای افزایش حساسیت و توجه دولتها هشتم مارس هر سال روز سازمان ملل متحد برای حقوق زنان و صلح بین‎المللی و 25 نوامبر روز بین‎المللی حذف خشونت علیه زنان نامیده شد که هر ساله با انجام مراسم ویژه‎ای مقام والای انسانی زنان یادآوری می‎شود. هر زمان که تاریخ گذشته جهان را در هزاره‎‎های قبل ورق می زنیم به صحنه‎های دلخراشی از رفتار ظالمانه و نابرابر با زنان در چهار گوشۀ جهان برمی‎خوریم که حکایت از غفلت جوامع بشری در تمام طول تاریخ دارد اما با تاسیس سازمان ملل متحد و تلاش صلح طلبان جهان جنبش جدیدی در راستای احترام مجدد به حقوق زنان از جهات گوناگون را رقم خورده است که در این پژوهش به آن می پردازیم.
