مطالعه پراکنش فضایی جمعیت مراحل نارس کرم میوه‌خوار گوجه‌فرنگی (Lep.: Noctuidae) Helicoverpa armigera در گرگان

چکیده

هرساله آفات گوجه­فرنگی از جمله کرم میوه­خوار گوجه­فرنگی (Hübner)   Helicoverpa armiga درصد قابل توجهی از عملکرد گوجه را کاهش می­دهند ولی برنامه نمونه­برداری مدونی برای تخمین جمعیت و مدیریت آنها تهیه نشده است. در طول دو سال زراعی 1387 و 1388 مطالعه الگوی توزیع فضایی مراحل نابالغ حشره مذکور در مزارعه گوجه­فرنگی با استفاده از شاخص­های پراکنش (Iδ، ID و ) و مدل های Taylor و Iwao بررسی گردید. الگوی توزیع فضایی مراحل نارس با هر دو مدل Taylor و ایوواو به صورت تصادفی بود. بر اساس مقادیر p و R2 به دست آمده از ارتباط رگرسیونی، برای توصیف ارتباط بین میانگین و واریانس جمعیت، مدل تیلور مناسب­تر از مدل ایوا او بود که در قسمت میانی بوته بیشترین ضریب تیلور را به خود اختصاص داد. در شاخص موریسیتا، نسبت واریانس به میانگین و k درصد مطابقت جمعیت مراحل نارس با پراکنش تصادفی بیشتر از پراکنش تجمعی بود.
