Studying the Status of Communicative and Informative System in SSO Headquarters in Reporters’ Views

چکیده

The main aim of present research is to study the status of communication and notification system in Social Security Organization Headquarters in the views of reporters. Research methodology is a survey. Its population consists of all reported in Social Security Organization (SSO) field (n = 50). In present research, sample size is not estimated since sample size and population are equal. In other words, all subjects are counted. Data collection method is a structured questionnaire. Achieved results indicate that there is a significant relationship between comprehensive system of communication and notification and satisfaction of SSO field reporters. There is also a significant relationship between making comprehensive system of communication and notification efficient and communication tools (both hardware and software). Current system of communication and notification in SSO lacks needed desirability in the views of relevant reporters. SSO field reporters believe that one should organize current system of communication and notification for SSO.
