ارزیابی اثرات فضاهای عمومی در تغییر سبک زندگی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 18 شهرتهران)

چکیده

هویت (تمایز) فردی و اجتماعی، فعلیت بخشیدن به قدرت تشخیص و انتخاب یا حداقل ایجاد احساس آزادی عمل، پیوند خورده است. مسائلی که پاره­ای از بنیادی­ترین ابعاد انسانی را بیان می­کند. فضاهای فرهنگی، ورزشی و هنری به عنوان بخشی از فضاهای عمومی در تغییر نگرش و شیوه­های زندگی مردم تأثیرگذارند، از این رو در این پژوهش ارزیابی اثرات پنج فضای فرهنگی، ورزشی و هنری منطقه 18 شهرداری تهران از سال 1380 تاکنون بر تغییر سبک زندگی، هدف اصلی این تحقیق را تشکیل می­دهد. فضاهای عمومی، زمینه لازم برای برخورد و تعامل بیشتر شهروندان را فراهم ساخته و با ارائه خدمات به آن­ها می­توانند عاملی جهت تغییر شیوه زندگی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهروندان باشند. بدین منظور با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 385 پرسش­نامه بین مراجعین این مراکز توزیع گردید. تحلیل و استنتاج با استفاده از آزمون T ­تک نمونه­ای انجام گرفت، نتایج این آزمون نشان داد که فضاهای فرهنگی، ورزشی و هنری زمینه لازم برای تغییر شیوه­ی زندگی شهروندان از سنتی به مدرن را فراهم نموده­اند. سپس با توجه به روش AHP، پردیس تماشا با بیشترین امتیاز و مجموعه ورزشی شهیدان اسماعیلی با کمترین امتیاز از نظر ارائه خدمات و میزان اثرگذاری به ترتیب در رتبه اول و آخر قرار گرفتند. در نهایت به منظور شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید از ماتریس SWOT استفاده گردید، طبق نتیجه به دست آمده از ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی، راهبرد تهاجمی برای افزایش تأثیر فضاهای فرهنگی، ورزشی و هنری در ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی انتخاب شد.
