A Relationship between the Leadership of Coaches and the Satisfaction of Sport Students at I.A.U of Kermanshah

چکیده

This paper tries to study the relationship between the leadership of coaches and the satisfaction of sport students at I.A.U of Kermanshah Province. More than 200 sport students and 120 coaches were chosen as sample cases and Alpha Cronbach formula were used here. SPSS 21 Amos 21 were used for analyzing the results. It also shows that there is a significant relationship between the satisfaction and the leadership (r = 0.56) and ordering leadership style shows (r = 0.44). and the other hypotheses were verified according to the statistical analysis.
