چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل مفهومی برای بهره وری نیروی انسانی در مراکز آموزش عالی براساس متغیرهای رهبری اثربخش و برنامهریزی راهبردی بوده است. جامعه تحقیق اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاه های استان آذربایجان غربی1194 نفر که با استفاده از جدول گرجسی و مورگان نمونه 310 نفری به روش تصادفی طبقهای(دولتی 112 نفر، آزاداسلامی 114 نفر و علوم پزشکی 84 نفر) انتخابشده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی چند متغیره بوده و با سه ابزار رهبری اثربخش براساس پرسش نامه ساعتچی و همکاران و برنامهریزی راهبردی بر اساس مدل دانشگاه نیوجرسی و مدلهای شاه واسکانیز (2008) و پرسش نامه بهره وری نیروی انسانی براساس مدل آچیو توسط هرسی و گلداسمیت استفاده شده است. روایی محتوایی (سازه) و پایایی(آلفای کرانباخ) آنها مناسب گزارششدهاند، روش تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از نرمافزار Amos و مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. نتایج نشان داده است که بین رهبری اثربخش و برنامهریزی راهبردی با بهره وری نیروی انسانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین رهبری اثربخش بیشترین تأثیر مثبت مستقیمی بر برنامهریزی راهبردی و بهره وری نیروی انسانی داشته و برنامهریزی راهبردی اثر کمتری بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی دارد. | ||
