بهبود جوانه زنی، بنیه گیاهچه و عملکرد دو گونه بومادران در اثر پیش تیمارهای فیزیکی بذر

چکیده

به منظور مطالعه تأثیر پیش تیمارهای فیزیکی بذر بر سبز شدن، رشد و عملکرد بومادران معمولی (Achillea santolina) و بومادران هزار برگ (A. millefolium) دو آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در آزمایشگاه و گلخانه و طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه در سه تکرار در سال 1393 در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز انجام شدند. تیمارها شامل امواج اولتراسونیک، لیزر، میدان مغناطیسی، اشعه­های گاما و بتا به مدت زمان­های 5، 10 و 15 دقیقه به همراه شاهد بودند. با افزایش مدت زمان تیمار با اولتراسونیک وقوع جوانه­زنی در بومادران به تاخیر افتاد. تیمار بذور با امواج اولتراسونیک به مدت­های 5 و 10 دقیقه و لیزر به مدت 5 دقیقه منجر به تولید گیاهچه­هایی با بنیه قوی­تر گردید. احتمال می رود که این امر ناشی از نقش تابش امواج در افزایش سرعت انتقال هورمون­های دخیل در جوانه­زنی در بذر باشد. در بومادران هزار برگفقط 65 درصد بذرها به دنبال هیدروپرایمینگ جوانه زدند. بذور این گونه از بومادران که در معرض میدان مغناطیسی و اشعه­های گاما و بتا قرار گرفتند گیاهچه­های ضعیفی تولید کردند. درصد اسانس در بوته­های حاصل از بذور بومادران تحت تیمار اشعه اولتراسونیک، بالا بود. در هر دو گونه، بذور تحت تیمار اشعه­های اولتراسونیک و لیزر از بالاترین عملکرد اسانس برخوردار بودند. در هر دو گونه ﻧﻘﺶ شاخص بنیه بذر و تعداد شاخه­های جانبی در بیان عملکرد به­ترتیب ﺑﻴﺶ از 90/1 و 85/1 ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ ﻧﻘـﺶ درصد جوانه­زنی نهایی بود. با قرار دادن بذور در معرض امواج اولتراسونیک و اشعه لیزر ضمن دست­یابی به گیاهچه­های قوی، می­توان محصولی با عملکرد اسانس بالا تولید کرد.
