نقش عاملیت انسانی، جنس و سن در ویژگی‌های هویتی: بزرگسالی درحال ظهور آرنت

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تعیین رابطة عاملیت، جنس و سن با ویژگی‌های هویتی در دانشجویان بر اساس نظریة بزرگسالی درحال‌ظهور آرنت و نمونة آماری شامل 700 دانشجوی دورة کارشناسی بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامة ابعاد بزرگسالی درحال‌ظهور (ریفمن، آرنت و کول‌ول، 2007) و مقیاس چندوجهی شخصیت عاملیتی کوته (1997) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین عاملیت و هر پنج ویژگی هویتی دانشجویان رابطه وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که عاملیت در تبیین واریانس همة ویژگی‌های هویتی دانشجویان نقش دارد. متغیرهای جنس و سن به‌ترتیب در تبیین واریانس سه و یک ویژگی نقش داشتند. نتیجه اینکه افراد دارای عاملیت بالا بیشتر روی خود تمرکز می‌کنند، اکتشاف هویت بیشتری و نگاه خوش‌بینانه‌تر به دورة زندگی خود دارند و آن را فرصت تلقی می‌کنند و بیشتر دست به آزمایشگری می‌زنند. آن‌ها احساس بینابینی بیشتر و احساس منفی بودن و بی‌ثباتی کمتر دارند. عاملیت، جنس و سن را می‌توان به‌ترتیب برای پیش‌بینی پنج، سه و یک ویژگی به کار برد.
