بررسی تاثیر دو روش آبیاری و دو نوع کود بر ترکیبات فنلی و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره گل محمدی (Rosa damascene Mill.)

چکیده

ترکیبات فنلی (فلاونوئید، تانن و آنتوسیانین) مهم‌ترین آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های طبیعی به شمار می‌آیند و عوامل متعددی مانند عوامل محیطی و تغذیه گیاه بر کمیت و کیفیت آنها تاثیر گذارمی باشند. یکی از گیاهان دارویی بومی ایران، گل محمدی با نام علمیRosa damascene Mill.  است که سابقه استفاده از تر کیبات آن به زمان‌های کهن بر می‌گردد و در مناطق مختلف کشور به صورت طبیعی و کشت شده وجود دارد. تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور بررسی کمی و کیفی ترکیبات فنلی و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی گل محمدی تحت تاثیر دو نوع کود (کود دامی و کود شیمیایی) و همچنین دو روش­های آبیاری (غرقابی و قطره‌ای) در پژوهشکده اسانس‌های طبیعی دانشگاه کاشان در سال 1395 انجام شده است. در این سنجش میزان ترکیبات فنلی و فلاونوئیدی کل به روش اسپکتروفتومتری صورت گرفت و در نهایت فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره گیاه در غلظت‌های مختلف با استفاده از روش مهار رادیکال آزاد 2 و 2 دی فنیل 1- پیکریل هیدرازیل (DPPH) اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و روش آنالیز واریانس انجام شد. نتایج آزمون فیتوشیمیایی وجود ترکیبات ثانویه­ای مانند تانن، آنتوسیانین و فلاونوئید و عدم وجود آلکالوئید را در عصاره این گونه تایید کرد. همچنین میزان فلاونوئید کل موجود در نمونه­ای که کود شیمیایی به کار برده شده بود کمی بیش­تر از سایر نمونه‌ها بود. تیمار کود دامی و تیمار آبیاری غرقابی به­‌ترتیب بیش­ترین و کم­ترین میزان ترکیبات فنلی و تیمار آبیاری قطره­ای بیش­ترین خاصیت آنتی­اکسیدانی را از خود نشان داده­اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد با استفاده از روشهای مدیریتی از جمله آبیاری و تغذیه می توان تولید، کمیت و کیفیت ترکیبات ثانویه در گیاهان را کنترل نمود.
