چکیده
باریجه (Ferula gummosa Boiss.) یک گیاه دارویی با ارزش تجاری است که در لیست گیاهان در معرض انقراض قرار دارد. یکی از مشکلات عمده در کشت این گیاه خواب بذر و جوانه‌زنی است. این آزمایش با هدف بررسی اثر تیمارهای مختلف شیمیایی، هورمونی و دمایی بر شکست خواب بذر باریجه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 21 تیمار در چهار تکرار انجام شد. درصد و سرعت جوانه‎زنی بذر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. این آزمایش در سال 1394 در پژوهشکده گیاهان دارویی جهاد دانشگاهی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای مختلف شکست خواب اثر معنی‎داری بر درصد و سرعت جوانه‎زنی بذر گیاه باریجه در سطح یک درصد داشتند. بیشترین درصد جوانه‎زنی (۹۵ درصد) در تیمار ترکیبی شامل 5 دقیقه خراش‎‎دهی با اسید سولفوریک 96 درصد +30 دقیقه آب‎شویی در آب 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد + 7 روز آبنوشی+40 روز سرمادهی مرطوب + اسید جیبرلیک 1000 پی‎پی‎‎ام مشاهده شد. بیشترین سرعت جوانه‎زنی بذر باریجه در تیمار ترکیبی شامل 10 دقیقه خراش‎دهی با اسید سولفوریک 96 درصد +60 دقیقه آب‎شویی در آب 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد + 40 روز سرمادهی مرطوب+ اسید جیبرلیک 1000 پی‎پی‎‎ام بود. بر طبق نتایج آزمایش، تیمار خراش‎دهی با اسیدسولفوریک و آب‎شویی(رفع رکود فیزیکی)؛ و در ادامه تیمار سرمادهی مرطوب + اسید جیبرلیک (رفع رکود مورفوفیزیولوژیکی)؛ باعث بهبود جوانه­زنی بذر شده است. بنابراین، این پژوهش نشان داد که در بذر گیاه باریجه، هر دو رکود فیزیکی و مورفوفیزیولوژیکی وجود دارد.
