رابطه سلامت اجتماعی و سرمایه روان ‌شناختی والدین با رفتار جامعه ‌پسند نوجوانان: نقش واسطه ‌ای همدلی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش واسطه‌ای همدلی در رابطه سلامت اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی والدین با رفتار جامعه‌پسند در نوجوانان بود. بر اساس یک طرح همبستگی، 369 نوجوان دبیرستان دوره دوم (15 تا 18 سال) شهر تهران (189 پسر و 180 دختر) با روش نمونه‌برداری خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس رفتار جامعه‌پسند (پنر، فریتشی، کرایگر و فریفیلد، 1995) و مقیاس همدلی (بریانت، 1982) پاسخ دادند. والدین آن‌ها (158 پدر و 211 مادر) نیز مقیاس سرمایه روان‌شناختی (لوتانز، اوالیو، آوی و نورمن، 2007) و مقیاس سلامت اجتماعی (کییز، 1998) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد سطح بالای همدلی نوجوانان و سطوح بالای سلامت اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی والدین، افزایش رفتار جامعه‌پسند در نوجوانان را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. همچنین همدلی در رابطه بین سلامت اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی والدین و رفتار جامعه‌پسند نوجوانان، نقش واسطه‌ای دارد. یافته‌ها اهمیت ایجاد برنامه‌های آموزشی جهت ارتقای همدلی و توجه به نقش مهم والدین به‌عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر نوجوانان به‌منظور افزایش رفتار جامعه‌پسند در آن‌ها را نشان می‌دهد که در کاهش مشکلات بعدی نوجوانی مانند رفتار ضد اجتماعی و بزهکاری نقش تعیین‌کننده دارد.
