بررسی جامعه شناختی تعریف امنیت ملی دولت ها در عصرجهانی شدن

چکیده

ازآنجایی که جهانی شدن فرآیند اقتصادی سیاسی و اجتماعی بوده وحاصل فشرده شدن زمان و مکان میباشد بطوری که گفتمان ارتباطات را تحلیل برده و فاصله ها را به هم نزدیکتر و حاکمیت و امنیت ملی دولتها را تحت تاثیر قرارداده است و تاثیرات حاصل از آن منجر به کاهش یا تغییر ظرفیت و توانایی دولت در برابر فشار ریسک بین الملل و منطق های شده است افزایش یاکاهش قدرت دولتها تغییر ظرفیت آنها توانمندی یا عدم توانمندی و تغییر محورهای تعارضات و کشمکش بین المللی و منطق های،گفتمان های مطرح در امنیت ملی دولتها که متشکل از گفتمان سنتی مدرن و پست مدرنیستی بوده و شاخص های آن یعنی مشروعیت سیاسی،امنیت سیاسی و یکپارچگی سیاسی را تحت تاثیر و منجر به باز تعریف امنیت ملی فوق دولتها در نهایت براساس باز تعریف فوق،دولتها را به چهار گروه 1- قدرتهای بزرگ 2- کشورهای موجود در مناطق باثبات 3- کشورهای موجود درمناطق بحران خیز مداوم 4- کشورهای ضعیف و شکست خورده مقوله بندی نمودهاست.
