چکیده

شناخت دقیق مسایل مربوط به روستاهای ایران از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است؛ زیرا ریشه تمامی مشکلات و مسائل عقب ماندگی مثل فقر گسترده، نابرابری در حال رشد، رشد سریع جمعیت و بیکاری فزاینده، در مناطق روستایی قرار دارد. در دنیای امروز، برنامه ریزی توسعه ملی به طور کلی و برنامه ریزی توسعه روستایی به طور اخص، از ضروریات سرزمین­های مختلف به شمار می‌رود. محور توسعه روستاها بطور سنتی کشاورزی تعریف شده، اما محدودیت منابع طبیعی در برخی از روستاها، باعث رکود اقتصادی شده و توسعه کشاورزی به توسعه اقتصادی همه روستاهای منتج نشده است. تمامی جوامع روستایی با معضل بیکاری به نوعی دست به گریبان هستند و ابعاد این معضل، بخش‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و حتی سیاسی را نیز متاثر ساخته است. هدف اصلی این مقاله عبارت است از مدیریت و برنامه ریزی متغیرهای جغرافیایی – اقتصادی ماندگاری جمعیت را در سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شهرستان گرمسار. چگونه می‌تون با مدیریت و برنامه ریزی متغیرهای جغرافیایی – اقتصادی ماندگاری جمعیت را در سکونتگاه-های روستایی شهرستان گرمسار افزایش داد؟ این پایان‌نامه با استفاده از روش تحلیلی – تبیینی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مقالات و اسناد کلان انجام می‌شود. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز کتابخانه‌ای و نیز استفاده از مقالات علمی – پژوهشی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات فیش‌برداری و استفاده از جداول و نمودارها است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که که آمایش سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شهرستان گرمسار از لحاظ متغیرهای جغرافیایی – اقتصادی باعث بهبود روند مهاجرت و افزایش ماندگاری جمعیت در منطقه می‌شود.
