نقش واسطه ای ذهن آگاهی در ارتباط میان جهت گیری جنسی بر اساس تیپ شخصیتی و نگرش به عشق: بررسی مدل معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی رابطه بین سبک شخصیت، نگرش به عشق و جهت‌گیری جنسی با میانجیگری ذهن­آگاهی صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان و مردان متأهل شهر کرج بودند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 200 نفر انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از مقیاس رابطه جنسی (SRS)، پرسشنامه سنجش صفات پنج‌گانه شخصیتی (نئو)، مقیاس نگرش‌های مربوط به عشق (LAS- SF) و پرسشنامه پنج­عاملی ذهن­آگاهی FFMQ به‌عنوان ابزار استفاده گردید. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS انجام شد. روابط واسطه‌ای در الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش بوت استرپ آزموده شدند. نتایج مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش نسبی مدل بود و نشان داد تیپ شخصیتی، نگرش به عشق با میانجیگری ذهن­آگاهی اثر غیرمستقیمی بر جهت‌گیری جنسی دارد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان‌دهنده اهمیت تیپ شخصیتی، نگرش به عشق با میانجیگری ذهن آگاهی در پیش‌بینی جهت‌گیری جنسی است. به درمانگران توصیه می‌شود که زوجین را با انواع سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و تیپ شخصیتی آشنا کنند و همچنین با آموزش ذهن­آگاهی  کیفیت رابطه جنسی را بالا ببرند.
