جداسازی باکتری‌ها از سگ‌های بیمار مبتلا به آنتریت هموراژیک و تعیین حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق جداسازی عوامل مولد آنتریت هموراژیک در سگها و تعیین مقاومت یا حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های رایج (جنتامایسین، تتراسیکلین، نالیدیکسیک اسید، سفکسیم، سفتریاکسون، پنی سیلین، کلرامفنیکل، کوتریموکسازول) بود. در این تحقیق از تعداد 80 قلاده سگ در سنین بین شش ماهگی تا دوسالگی مبتلا به آنتریت هموراژیک که آنتی بیوتیک دریافت نکرده بودند نمونه مدفوع اخذ شد و روی محیط کشت مختلف جهت تشخیص عوامل باکتریال مولده برده شد، که پس از بررسی باکتریولوژیک چهار باکتری اشریشیاکلی و کلستریدیوم و کمپیلوباکتر و سالمونلا از نمونه ها جدا گردید که از مجموع 80 قلاده سگ 25/21 درصد مبتلا به سالمونلا و 75/8 درصد مبتلا به کلستریدیوم و 25/26 درصد مبتلا به کمپیلوباکتر و 75/43 درصد مبتلا به اشریشیاکلی بودند. نقش بیماریزایی اشریشیاکلی در بروز آنتریت هموراژیک از سایر باکتری ها بیشتر نشان داده شده و نتایج آنتی بیوگرام نیز بیانگر مقاومت این باکتری نسبت به اکثر گروههای آنتی بیوتیکی مورد آزمایش بود. ولی این باکتری ها نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های سفتریاکسون و سفکسیم حساسیت خوبی نشان داد. سایر باکتری­ها نیز در نمونه های بعدی نسبت به این دو دارو حساسیت خوبی را نشان دادند.
