بررسی ‌فراوانی بروز یووه آیتیس دوره‌ای و عوامل همراه آن در اسب‌های نژادهای مختلف در باشگاه‌های سوارکاری در اطراف تهران

چکیده

یووه آیتیس راجعه اسب Equine Recurrent Uveitis))، در سرتاسر جهان به عنوان شایع ترین و جدی ترین بیماری چشم اسب مطرح می باشد. علت دقیق ERU تا به امروز ناشناخته باقی مانده است. ساز و کارهای آسیب شناختی مشابه انسان برای ERU پیشنهاد شده است. در میان عوامل محیطی مختلف به نقش اجرام عفونی خاصه عفونت با لپتوسپیرا اینتروگانس در روند آسیب شناسی ERU تأکید بیشتری شده است.برای ارزیابی میزان شیوع و عوامل همراه ERU در اسب های باشگاه های پرورش و یا سوار کاری اطراف تهران، چشم 951رأس اسب معاینه شد. بر اساس یافته های بالینی،افتالموسکوپیک، اولتراسونوگرافیک و اطلاعات حاصل از سابقه در 05/1% از این جمعیت ERU تشخیص داده شد. نمونه سرمی از اسب های بیمار و شاهد به منظور بررسی عیار پادتنی برعلیه پنج سرووار از لپتوسپیرا، بروسلا، توکسوپلاسما، کمخونی عفونی اسب، آنفلوانزای اسب، پاراآنفلوانزای تیپ3و هرپس ویروس تیپ1 اخذ شد.به منظور تشخیص عفونت با استرونگل های بزرگ نمونه مدفوع این دو گروه از اسب ها جمع آوری شد. آنالیز احتمال نسبی نشان داد که فراوانی ابتلا بهERU در اسبهایی که از لحاظ سرمی  نسبت به سرووار پومونای لپتوسپیرا مثبت باشند 67/2 مرتبه بیشتر از اسبهایی است که از لحاظ سرمی بری از این عفونت باشند.
