بررسی شیوع سرمی نئوسپورا کنینوم درگوسفندان شهرستان میانه به روش الایزای رقابتی و ایمونوفلورسانس غیرمستقیم

چکیده

نئوسپورا کنینوم (Neospora caninum) نوعی انگل تک یاخته دامی می­باشد که در گوسفند منجر به کاهش تولیدمثل می­شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع سرمی نئوسپورا کنینوم درگوسفندان شهرستان میانه در استان آذربایجان­شرقی با استفاده از دو روش الایزای رقابتی (competitive Enzyme Linked Immunesorbent Assay (cELISA)) و ایمونوفلورسانس غیر مسقیم (Indirect immunoflorescent assay (IFA)) در سال 1391 می­باشد. بدین منظور تعداد 317 سرم گوسفند از 9 روستای مختلف شهرستان اخذ و توسط هر دو روش ذکر شده آزمایش شد. از 317 سرم آزمایش شده بوسیله الایزا، شیوع سرمی این انگل 1/4 درصد  (13 مورد) اندازه گیری شد که بیشتر سرم­ها در محدوده مهاری 30 تا 40 درصد قرار داشتند. فقط 8 (52/2درصد) نمونه از سرم­هایی که در روش الایزا مثبت بود در IFA نیز مثبت شناسایی گردید. در این آزمایش بیشترین تعداد سرم مثبت (3 سرم) دارای تیتر 1:64 بود. با در نظر گرفتن آزمایش IFA بعنوان تست مرجع، میزان حساسیت و ویژگی آزمایش ELISA بترتیب 5/61 درصد و 100 درصد و میزان ارزش اخباری مثبت و منفی بترتیب برابر با 100 درصد و 3/98 درصد می­باشد. درصد همخوانی بین دو روش آزمایش 4/98 درصد و ضریب کاپا در حد خوب و به مقدار 754/0 محاسبه شد (p<0.001). نتایج تحقیق حاکی از مواجهه محیطی اندک گوسفندان منطقه با انگل نئوسپورا کنینوم است.
