تشدید سیاست های نژادپرستانه در ایالات متحده آمریکا در دوران ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ؛ ریشه ها و پیامدها

چکیده

مفهوم نژادپرستی را می توان یکی از بحران های فراگیر در میان بیشتر جوامع اعم از صنعتی و در حال توسعه قلمداد کرد. این مفهوم اصولا در میان جوامع مهاجرپذیر ملموس تر بوده و پیامدهای متعددی را بر جوامع آنان گذارده است. در این میان ایالات متحده آمریکا در تاریخ حیات خود، چالش های ویژه ای با مسئله نژادپرستی داشته است. سیاه پوستان این کشور که در خلال قرون 17 تا 19 میلادی در انقیاد کامل سفیدپوستان و برده آنان تلقی می شدند، توانستند با الغای این قانون بخش هایی از حقوق شهروندی خود را استیفا کنند اما کماکان چالش های میان سفیدپوستان و سیاهان آمریکایی یک معضل لاینحل در نظام ایالات متحده باقی مانده است تا حدی که در برخی مواقع، چنین شکافی به یک بحران اجتماعی و حتی امنیتی مبدل گردیده است. در این مقاله، تلاش نویسندگان حول بررسی و ارائه پاسخی مستدل به این سوال است که مهمترین اقدامات ترامپ علیه سیاه پوستان این کشور در چه مسائلی بوده است؟ و این اقدامات چه بازخوردهایی بر عملکرد دولت وی گذارده است؟ فرضیه نویسندگان حکایت از این مسئله دارد که اقدامات ترامپ در دوره ریاست جمهوری چهارساله اش علیه سیاه پوستان به تشدید اقدامات نژادپرستانه علیه آنان منتهی گردیده است که این مسئله بازخورد مهمی به نام بحران مشروعیت برای ترامپ ایجاد کرده است. بازخورد های این مسئله نیز در مسائل فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی متجلی گردیده است. روش مقاله کنونی بهره گیری از روش تحلیلی توصیفی و استفاده از منابع اسنادی می باشد.
