چکیده

اخلاق شهروندی ، مجموعه ای از مبانی ، معیارها و هنجارهایی است که بر رفتار، روابط و مناسبات اجتماعی شهروندان حاکم است . اخلاق شهروندی بعنوان یک متغیر اجتماعی با عوامل مختلفی در ارتباط است که برخی ازاین عوامل می توانند در ارتقای اخلاق شهروندان نقش موثری داشته باشند . یکی از عوامل مهم ، سرمایه اجتماعی و ابعاد آن می باشد . مطالعة حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه اخلاق شهروندی، مشارکت اجتماعی و اعتماد در بین شهروندان تبریز به انجام رسیده است . روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر زمان یک بررسی مقطعی بود .روش جمع آوری داده ها ، پیمایش از نوع همبستگی بود . جامعه آماری ، شهروندان منطقه سه شهرداری تبریز با64 هزار خانوار بود . بر اساس جدول مورگان ، حجم نمونه 330 نفر تعیین شد . نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک انجام شد . ابزار گرد آوری داده ها ، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود . یافته های بدست آمده نشان داد که رابطه معنی داری بین اخلاق شهروندی ، مشارکت اجتماعی و اعتماد در بین شهروندان منطقه سه شهرداری تبریزوجود دارد . تفاوت معناداری در اخلاق شهروندی ، با توجه به سطح تحصیلات و شغل شهروندان وجود نداشت . با توجه به ارتباط معنی دار اخلاق شهروندی و مشارکت اجتماعی و اعتماد در بین شهروندان ، برقراری انسجام اجتماعی و اعتماد متقابل بین افراد جامعه ، تقویت نهادهای دموکراتیک وکارامدتر و پاسخگوتر کردن این نهادها ضرورت دارد.
