بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت شهر شاد و شناسایی تعیین کننده های آن در فضاهای کوچک شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر روانسر)

چکیده

تأمین و ارتقای سطح شادی و نشاط شهروندان از مهم­ترین ارکان کیفیت زندگی در فضاهای شهری است که طی دهه­های اخیر، توجه روزافزون متخصصان و برنامه ریزان شهری را به خود جلب نموده است و به عنوان یکی از مهم­ترین اهداف دولت­ها و سازمان ملل مطرح شده است. هدف مطالعه کمی و کاربردی حاضر که ترکیبی از روش­های توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و اکتشافی انجام گرفته است، بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت شهر شاد و شناسایی تعیین­کننده­های آن در فضاهای کوچک شهری است که به صورت مطالعه موردی در شهر روانسر از توابع استان کرمانشاه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 7122 نفر سرپرست خانوار است که با استفاده از روش­های محاسبه حجم نمونه، 364 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری برآورد گردید و نمونه­ها به روش کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شده­اند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش برای جمع آوری داده­های میدانی، پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته است که روایی و پایایی آن به تأیید رسیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در میان شاخص­های سه­گانه شهر شاد (شاخص­های اجتماعی، کالبدی و اقتصادی) میانگین شاخص اجتماعی با مقدار 124/3، به صورت معناداری بیشتر از میانگین مبنا (عدد 3) بوده است و میانگین دو شاخص کالبدی و اقتصادی به ترتیب با مقادیر 608/2 و 587/2، به صورت معناداری کمتر از میانگین مبنا بوده­اند. نتایج بررسی وضعیت کلی شهر شاد نشان داد میانگین محاسبه شده با مقدار 788/2 به صورت معناداری، پایین­تر از حد متوسط بوده است. در خصوص تعیین­کننده­های شهر شاد نتایج نشان داد به واسطه چهار عامل کلیدی شناسایی شده 956/61 درصد از وایانس متغیر وابسته تبیین شده است. این عوامل و درصد واریانس مقدار ویژه آن­ها به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت­اند از: پایداری فیزیکی ـ کالبدی (041/21)، پایداری اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی (4/16)، پایداری اقتصادی (151/13) و پایداری زیست محیطی (356/11). به نظر می­رسد عوامل شناسایی شده زیرمجموعه عامل کلان "مدیریت یکپارچه و کارآمد شهری" هستند و ارتقای این عامل، به عنوان منشأ اصلی اکثر سیاست­گذاری­ها و برنامه­ریزی­ها، می­تواند در تحقق شهر شاد در محدوده مطالعاتی تأثیر بسزایی داشته باشد.
