سیاست گذاری زنجیره ی ارزش کارآفرینی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهرهای استان گلستان)

        در ایران توسعه و ترویج کارآفرینی یکی از نیازهای جدی جامعه بوده و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی و نحوه تعامل آنها با یکدیگر از ضروریات می­باشد. از طرفی اشتغال مردان ایرانی در سال­های اخیر به دلایل مختلف حساسیت ویژه­ای پیدا کرده است. در این مقاله روش تحقیق آمیخته، نوع تحقیق کاربردی و بنیادی، روش آماری توصیفی و استنباطی می باشد. به بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل مشخصه­های جمعیت­شناختی خبرگان پرداخته می­شود و سپس مؤلفه­های زنجیره ارزش کارآفرینی و توسعه پایدار شهری در شهرهای استان گلستان شناسایی شده را با استفاده از نظر خبرگان (که 20 نفر از مردان برتر کارآفرین استان هستند) و به کمک روش دلفی فازی و انجام فازی زدایی غربال و مؤلفه­های متغیرهای موردنظر انتخاب می­گردد، همچنین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه­ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی و نرمال بودن توزیع مؤلفه­ها و نمونه­ی آماری توسط آزمون کلوموگرونوف ـ اسمیرنوف و آزمون t ـ ادستودنت انجام می­شود. در بخش اول تحقیق با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و با بهره­گیری از نرم­افزار Expertchoice به اولویت­بندی و رتبه­بندی ابعاد و مؤلفه­های زنجیره ارزش کارآفرینی (توسط 198 نفر ازمردان کارآفرین استان) پرداخته می­شود. در بخش دوم برای سنجش روابط بین توسعه کارآفرینی بر اساس زنجیره ارزش کارآفرینی و توسعه پایدار شهری از تحقیق همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری و روش آزمون تحلیل عاملی با استفاده از نرم­افزار Smart pls2 استفاده شده که این ارتباط معنی­دار است. پس سیاست گذاری زنجیره ارزش کار افرینی سبب توسعه پایدار شهری می گردد.
