تاثیر میکوریزا و نانواکسید آهن و روی بر گرهزایی و عملکرد کمی و کیفی عدس (Lens culinaris Medik) دیم | ||

چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر قارچ میکوریزا و محلولپاشی نانواکسید آهن و روی بر گرهزایی و برخی صفات کمی و کیفی عدس تحت شرایط دیم، آزمایشی در سال 97-1396 بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعهای در روستای زردالو اردبیل اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل محلولپاشی با نانواکسید آهن و روی در چهار سطح (محلولپاشی با آب بهعنوان شاهد، محلولپاشی 6/0 گرم در لیتر با نانواکسید آهن، 6/0 گرم در لیتر نانواکسید روی، محلولپاشی توام نانواکسید آهن و روی هر کدام 3/0 گرم در لیتر) و کاربرد میکوریزا در چهار سطح (عدم کاربرد میکوریزا بهعنوان شاهد، کاربرد میکوریزا موسهآ، میکوریزا اینترا و کاربرد توام میکوریزا موسهآ و اینترا) بودند. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که محلولپاشی نانواکسید آهن و روی و کاربرد توام قارچ میکوریزا موسهآ با اینترا، تعداد گرههای فعال در بوته، درصد گرههای فعال در بوته، وزن صد دانه و عملکرد دانه را (بهترتیب 2/173، 08/93، 58/36 و 34/58 درصد) نسبت به شرایط عدم محلولپاشی و عدم کاربرد میکوریزا افزایش داد. همچنین، محلولپاشی توام نانواکسید آهن و روی و کاربرد میکوریزا موسهآ با اینترا بهترتیب 14/42، 17/95، 120، 2/58 و 55/47 درصد تعداد دانه در غلاف، تعداد غلاف در بوته، وزن خشک ریشه، محتوای روی دانه و میزان پروتئین دانه نسبت به شرایط عدم محلولپاشی و عدم کاربرد میکوریزا افزایش داد. بهنظر میرسد محلولپاشی نانواکسید آهن و روی و کاربرد میکوریزا بهواسطه بهبود برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک، میتواند بهعنوان یک روش مناسب برای افزایش عملکرد کمی و کیفی و کاهش اثرات محدودیت آبی تحت شرایط دیم باشد. | ||
