چکیده

یکی از نیازهای روانی بشر نشاط ذهنی است که تأثیر عمده‌ای بر زندگی افراد دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی نشاط ذهنی بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی با میانجی‌گری سرمایه روان‌شناختی در زنان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا بود. پژوهش حاضر در زمره‌ی تحقیقات توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از همه‌ی زنان عضو انجمن پرخوران گمنام شهر تهران در فاصله زمانی 1398 تا 1400 بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش غیرتصادفی و در دسترس بود. حجم نمونه 200 نفر بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه نشاط ذهنی دسی و رایان (1977)، سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007) و پرسشنامه سبک‌های دلبستگی کولینز و رید (1990) استفاده شد. از روش تحلیل مسیر برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد نشاط ذهنی بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی با میانجی‌گری سرمایه روان‌شناختی در زنان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا پیش‌بینی می‌شود. سبک‌های دلبستگی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی شامل تاب‌آوری، امید، خوش‌بینی و خودکارآمدی پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های افزایش‌دهنده برای نشاط ذهنی و شادکامی در جامعه زنان دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالا می‌باشد.
