ذهن آگاهی و کیفیت خواب در نوجوانان: نقش واسطه ای نشخوار فکری | ||

چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین نقش واسطهای نشخوار فکری در رابطه بین ذهن آگاهی و کیفیت خواب انجام شد. این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. از جامعه دانشآموزان پسر دورهی دوم متوسطه شهر نورآباد در سال تحصیلی 1398- 1399 تعداد 331 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهبرداری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ (بویس، رینولدز، مونک، برمان و کوپفر، 1989)، مقیاس پاسخ نشخواری (نولن-هوکسما و مورو، 1991) و پرسشنامه پنج عاملی ذهن آگاهی (بائر، اسمیت، هوپکینز، کریتمیر و تونی، 2006) گردآوری و با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم ذهن آگاهی بر نشخوار فکری منفی معنادار، اثر مستقیم نشخوار فکری بر کیفیت خواب و اثر مستقیم ذهن آگاهی بر کیفیت خواب مثبت معنادار بود. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که نقش واسطهای نشخوار فکری در رابطه ذهن آگاهی و کیفیت خواب معنادار بود. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ذهن آگاهی و نشخوار فکری دو مؤلفه مهم اثرگذار بر کیفیت خواب در بین نوجوانان است. | ||
