چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تعیین و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر رهبری بصیر و اعتباریابی مدل بر اساس تجارب زیسته مدیران پتروشیمی مارون و امیرکبیر بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق را مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد پتروشیمی تشکیل می‌دادندکه از این میان تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه تعیین شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی آن بر اساس نظر جمعی از اعضای هیئت علمی و متخصصان مدیریتی تایید و برای تعیین میزان پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در نهایت منجر به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رهبری بصیر بر اساس تجارب زیسته مدیران پتروشیمی مارون و امیرکبیر در قالب مدل مفهومی سبک رهبری بصیر، مشتمل بر چالش‌های تولید، عدم انعطاف‌پذیری، مدیریت فنی و سیاسی، اقتدارگرایی، تفاوت‌های شخصیتی کارکنان، ورودی و خروجی سازمان، عدم یکپارچگی درون سازمانی، مدیریت روابط انسانی، ارائه چشم‌انداز، نظارت و مدیریت نیروی انسانی شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مدل رهبری بصیر، نشان داد که الگوی سبک رهبری بصیر و عوامل موثر بر آن در پتروشیمی مارون و امیرکبیر، قابل برازش و کاربرد می‌باشد یعنی این داده‌ها قابل اتکا بوده و مدل بدست آمده از اعتبار کافی برخوردار می-باشند. همچنین نتایج رتبه‌بندی نیز نشان داد بیشترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رهبری بصیر مربوط به مدیریت نیروی انسانی، اقتدارگرایی و عدم یکپارچگی درون سازمانی است و عوامل دیگر شامل نظارت، مدیریت روابط انسانی، چالش‌های تولید، مدیریت فنی و سیاسی، تفاوت‌های شخصیتی کارکنان، ورود و خروج عوامل تولید، عدم انعطاف پذیری و ارائه چشم انداز به ترتیب در رتبه-های بعدی اهمیت قرار گرفته‌اند.
