چکیده

زندگی مدرن همراه با تحول دیجیتال موجب ایجاد شکاف عمیقی بین نسل‌ها خصوصا گروه سنی سالمندان شده است. انزوا و کناره گیری ســـالمندان در فعالیت‌های ورزشی-فراغتی پدیده‌ای، نگران کننده است. هدف از انجام این تحـقیق، ارزیابی مشارکت سالمندان در فعالیت‌های فراغتی فعال و بین نسلی بود. این مطالعه از نوع مطالعات ثانویه و روش اجرای آن، مرور بهترین شواهد بود. منابع شــامل، مقالات و درگاه‌های اینترنتی معتبر بود. به منظور مطالعه دقیق، منابع در بازه زمانی سال 1393 تا 1401 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. فعالیت‌های بین نسلی برای سالمندان فواید زیادی دارند از جمله بهبود شرایط فیزیکی، ذهنی، اجتماعی و شناختی در گروه سنی هدف. فناوری اطلاعات و شاخص های محیطی نیز جز عواملی هستند که موجب مشارکت بیشتر افراد سالمند در این فعالیت ها می گردند. پیشنهاد می گردد با بهره گیری از فعالیت های بین نسلی در فراغت فعال سالمندان، محیطی برای بهبود شرایط این گروه سنی ایجاد گردد.
