تأثیر روان‌درمانگری پویشی کوتاه مدت مبتنی بر بن‌مایه تعارضی ارتباط در الگوهای ارتباطی مادر-کودک

چکیده

هـدف ایـن پژوهـش بررسـی تأثیـر روان‌درمانگـری پویشـی کوتاه‌مـدت مبتنـی بـر بن‌مایـه تعارضـی ارتبـاط برالگوهـای ارتباطـی مادر-فرزنـد بـود.روش پژوهـش شـبه‌تجربـی بـود. شـرکت‌کنندگان شـامل ۳ مـادر سـاکن شـهر تهـران بودنـد و هـر سـه آنهـا دوره مداخلـه روان‌درمانگـری پویشـی کوتاه‌مـدت مبتنـی بـر «بن‌مایـه تعارضـی ارتبـاط» را در ۱۲ جلسـه ۱سـاعته گذراندنـد و هریـک از آنهـا ۸ مرتبـه (دومرتبـه خـط پایـه، پنـج مرتبـه طـی مداخلـه و یـک مرتبـه در دوره پیگیـری یک ماهـه) بـا مقیـاس رابطـه والـد –کـودک (پیانتـا، ۱۹۹۸) و مقیـاس کیفیـت مراقبـت مادرانـه (قنبـری، خداپناهـی، مظاهـری و لواسـانی، ۲۰۱۲) ارزیابـی شـدند. بـرای تحلیـل داده‌هـا از تحلیـل دیـداری درون‌موقعیتـی و برون‌موقعیتـی داده‌هـا اسـتفاده شـد. یافته‌هـا نشـان داد روان‌‌درمانگـری پویشـی کوتاه‌مـدت مبتنـی بـر «بن‌مایـه تعارضـی ارتبـاط» در اصـلاح الگوهـای ارتباطـی والدیـن بـا فرزندانشـان مؤثـر اسـت. بـر اسـاس یافتـه‌هـای ایـن پژوهـش، بسـیاری از تعارض‌هـای ارتباطـی والدیـن و فرزنـدان ناشـی از بازنمایی‌هـای ذهنـی ناهشـیار روابـط موضوعـی در والدیـن اسـت و هشیارسـازی والدیـن در جریـان درمـان بـه کاهـش ایـن تعارض‌هـا بسـیار کمـک می‌کنـد.
