چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه های اثرگذار بر مدیریت امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی (مطالعه موردی: مسابقات دانش آموزی) بود. روش این تحقیق به صورت کیفی و براساس رویکرد داده بنیاد به شیوه رهیافت گلیزری و به صورت میدانی انجام شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات با 17 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزة امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی، ورزش مدارس و متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار تا رسیدن به اشباع‌نظری به شیوه هدفمند انجام شد و داده‌ها به صورت همزمان با استفاده از مجموعه‌ای از کدگذاری‌های باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از روش پایایی بازآزمون مصاحبه‌ها که برابر 85/0 بدست آمد. رتبه بندی عوامل با استفاده از آزمون آنتروپی شانون و نرم افزار 24SPSS و 18MAXQDA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که عواملی همچون مدیریت بهداشت، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت منابع مالی، تحولات سازمانی و مدیریتی، سهم رویداد در دستیابی به اهداف سازمان، پیامدهای برگزاری رویداد، و مدیریت ایمنی و امنیت به عنوان عوامل موثر بر امنیت رویدادهای ورزش در مسابقات دانش آموزی شناسایی شدند. تحلیل آنتروپی نشان داد که به ترتیب مدیریت امنیت، مدیریت منابع مالی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، دارای بیشترین امتیاز را در میزان اثرگذاری بر مدیریت امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی دانش آموزی دارند. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که مقوله‌های استخراج شده از این پژوهش با تاکید بر پیشگیری از بروز حوادث در رویدادهای ورزشی دانش‌آموزی جهت تدوین چک لیست‌های برگزاری مسابقات دانش آموزی مدنظر قرار گیرد.
