چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر شخصیت پویا، تواناییهای شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی از طریق نقش میانجیگر خودکارآمدی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری میباشد و جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران زن سازمانهای دولتی شهر اهواز بودند که به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس به تعداد 120 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه موفقیت کارراهه (Gattiker & Larwood, 1986)، پرسشنامه شخصیت پویا (Seibert et. al, 1999)، پرسشنامه تواناییهای شناختی (Nejati, 2013)، پرسشنامه ثبات هیجانی برگرفته از مقیاس پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت (Caprara et. al, 1993) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی (Sherer, 1982) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد شخصیت پویا و خودکارآمدی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی و شخصیت پویا، تواناییهای شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر خودکارآمدی دارای اثر مستقیم معنیدار (001/0>p) است. همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم شخصیت پویا، تواناییهای شناختی و ثبات هیجانی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی با نقش میانجیگر خودکارآمدی نیز معنیدار (001/0>p) بود. بر این اساس میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که شخصیت پویا، هم بصورت مستقیم و هم از طریق خودکارآمدی بر موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی تاثیرگذار است. علاوه بر این تواناییهای شناختی و ثبات هیجانی با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی، موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی را بهبود میبخشد. | ||
