In modern world, high-rise development in cities has been suggested as a way to use the land in the city center, and this notion has been popular and has slowly migrated to residential usage. It has led to a slight increase in the number of buildings, but it has not been noticed in terms of quality. To Meta-analyze the studies carried out in this respect, the current study intends to evaluate the theoretical area of research undertaken on the subject of the spatial structure of high-rise residential structures. Given that high-rise residential structures in various environments, cultures, and civilizations may have various implications and kinds of factors, an effort has been made to provide a theoretical summary in the area of factors. From 2010–2019, there are 52 items in the statistical population. After the data were inferentially analyzed using the funnel plot, the Egger linear regression method, the diffusion error, and the Q test of heterogeneity using the linear and multivariate regression methods, first the relationship between each independent variable, and then all the independent variables in various dimensions with High-rise residential structures, the dependent variable, was assessed. The result shows the variable of quietness has the largest impact on the spatial organization of high-rise structures, while in the second degree, the variable of supervision and freedom of choice is the most effective. The spatial organization of high-rise residential structures is also least affected by the variable inspired by nature, and the impacts of other factors are essentially constant. | ||
