چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های مبتنی بر الگوی دلبستگی و آموزش مهارت‌های مبتنی بر ایماگو درمانی بر اسنادهای خصمانه زنان متقاضی طلاق بوده است. پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه زنان متقاضی طلاق بود که جهت استفاده از خدمات روان‌شناختی در آبان 1400 لغایت بهمن‌ماه 1400 به کلینیک‌های روان‌شناسی در شهر سبزوار مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 45 نفر از زنان متقاضی طلاق بود که به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس، از میان نمونه پژوهش به‌طور تصادفی 15 نفر در گروه گواه و 30 نفر در گروه­های آزمایش (آموزش مهارت های مبتنی بر الگوی دلبستگی و آموزش مهارت­های مبتنی بر ایماگو درمانی) جایگزین شد. داده­ها با استفاده از مقیاس اسناد خصمانه (HDS) جمع­آوری شد. داده­های پژوهش، به روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته (با اندازه­گیری مکرر) تحلیل گردید. یافته­ها نشان داد آموزش مهارت­های مبتنی بر الگوی دلبستگی و آموزش مهارت­های مبتنی بر ایماگو درمانی در کاهش اسناد خصمانه در زنان متقاضی طلاق موثر است. به­طوری­که 5/85 درصد از تغییرات همزمان متغیرهای وابسته مرتبط به گروه آموزش مهارت های مبتنی بر الگوی دلبستگی است. همچنین مجذور سهمی اتا حامی از آن است که 1/87 درصد از تغییرات همزمان متغیرهای وابسته به ایماگو درمانی است. همچنین یافته­­ها نشان داد بین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت­های مبتنی بر الگوی دلبستگی و آموزش مهارت­های مبتنی بر ایماگو درمانی تفاوت معنادار مشاهده نشد.
