بررسی اثر عصاره‌ی جینسنگ (پاناکس جینسنگ) بر ساختار دیواره‌ی روده در قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss): مطالعه‌ی هیستومورفومتریک و بیوشیمیایی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی اثر عصاره‌ی ریشه‌ی گیاه جینسنگ (پاناکس جینسنگ) بر ویژگی‌های هیستومورفومتریک و بیوشیمیایی دیواره‌ی روده در قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان بود. پژوهش در بازه‌ی زمانی ۶۰ روزه در ۴ تیمار آزمایشی با سه تکرار صورت گرفت. در هر تکرار، به‌صورت اتفاقی ۶۰ قطعه بچه‌ماهی با میانگین وزنی ۱۵ گرم توزیع شد. گروه‌های آزمایشی به‌ترتیب با ۰، ۱۰۰، ۱۵۰ و ۲۰۰ گرم در کیلوگرم جیره، عصاره‌ی آبی جینسنگ تغذیه شدند. نمونه‌های بافتی از نواحی ابتدایی و انتهایی روده با هماتوکسیلین و ائوزین، اسید پریودیک شیف و آلسین بلو رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان جینسنگ تا ۱۵۰ گرم در هر ۱۰۰ کیلوگرم جیره در هر دو ناحیه‌ی ابتدایی و انتهایی روده، بلندای تاخوردگی‌های روده‌ای و سطح جذب به‌طور معنادار افزایش می‌یابد (05/0 > p). ضخامت لایه‌ی ماهیچه‌ای در گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده‌ی جینسنگ تفاوت آماری معناداری با گروه شاهد نشان نمی‌دهد (05/0 < p). شمار تام سلول‌های جامی و نیز شمار سلول‌های تولیدکننده‌ی موکوس اسیدی در بخش انتهایی روده در گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده‌ی جینسنگ در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به‌طور معنادار افزایش یافته (05/0 > p). اما میزان این سنجه‌ها در بخش ابتدایی روده تفاوت آماری معناداری در گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده‌ی جینسنگ با گروه شاهد نشان نمی‌دهد (05/0 < p). افزایش شمار تام سلول‌های جامی در گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده‌ی جینسنگ در بخش انتهایی روده به‌طور عمده به‌دلیل افزایش شمار سلول‌های جامی مولد موسین‌های اسیدی در این بخش از روده بوده و شمار سلول‌های تولیدکننده‌ی موسین‌های خنثی و مختلط تفاوت آماری معناداری در گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده‌ی جینسنگ با گروه شاهد نشان نمی‌دهند (05/0 < p).
