بررسی تاثیر عصاره شیرین‌بیان بر پارامترهای اسپرم و میزان پلاسمایی هورمون تستوسترون در موش صحرایی نر

چکیده

شیرین‌بیان گیاه چندساله مدیترانه‌ای است که عصاره­ی آن دارای گلوکز، آسپاراژین، آلبومین، فلاونوئیدها، آنتی‌اکسیدان‌ها، رزین‌ها و غیره بوده و به دلیل دارا بودن ترکیبات دارویی و غذایی مهم، مورد توجه صنایع دارویی و غذایی می‌باشد. وجود اثرات درمانی فراوان شیرین‌بیان و همچنین مشخص شدن نقش بالقوه محافظتی شیرین‌بیان بر علیه کوید 19 و بالا رفتن مصرف آن، اهمیت بررسی تاثیرات مصرف شیرین‌بیان بر سایر دستگاه­های بدنی را می‌افزاید. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر عصاره شیرین‌بیان بر پارامترهای اسپرم و میزان سرمی تستوسترون در موش صحرایی نر می‌باشد. تعداد 28 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ نژاد ویستار، محدوده وزنی 180-200 گرم، به چهار گروه شامل یک گروه کنترل و سه گروه دریافت کننده عصاره الکلی شیرین‌بیان با مقادیر 100، 200 و 300 میلی­گرم/کیلوگرم وزن بدن انتخاب شدند و به مدت 10 روز بصورت روزانه عصاره الکلی شیرین‌بیان خورانده شدند. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که مصرف خوراکی عصاره الکلی گیاه شیرین‌بیان، به میزان 100 و 200 میلی­گرم/کیلوگرم تاثیر معنی­داری بر روی پارامترهای اسپرم و میزان سرمی تستوسترون نداشته (05/0 >p ) و فقط مصرف میزان 300 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم وزن بدن کاهش معنی‌داری (05/0 <p ) در میانگین اسپرم‌های زنده و تحرک آنها ایجاد کرد و نیز کاهش معنی‌داری در میزان سرمی تستوسترون در این مقدار مشاهده گردید (05/0 < p) که نشان دهنده تاثیر وابسته به دوز آن می‌باشد، و از سویی تاثیر معنی‌داری در وزن بیضه‌ها و وزن موش‌ها مشاهده نگردید (05/0 > p). به نظر می‌رسد مصرف مقادیر بالای عصاره شیرین‌بیان دارای اثرات کاهنده باروری در موش‌های نر صحرایی بوده و این اثر می­تواند ناشی از کاهش میزان سرمی  تستوسترون باشد.
