بررسی اثر آنتی اکسیدانی متفاوت زردچوبه و ملاتونین در سه بافت مغز، کبد و کلیه در شرایط اعمال استرس اجتماعی

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر آنتی­اکسیدانی زردچوبه و ملاتونین در سه بافت مغز، کبد و کلیه در شرایط یکسان استرسی می­باشد. برای این منظور، 40 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار در شرایط متفاوت نگهداری شد تا استرس­های مورد نظر به آنها القا شود. استرس‌ها عبارتند از: محدودیت غذایی، تغییر هم­خانه و مشاهده در شرایط برخوردار و عدم برخورداری از آنتی­اکسیدان زردچوبه و ملاتونین. رت‌ها 10 هفته در شرایط تعریف شده برای هر گروه نگهداری شدند و پس از اتمام دوره سطح گلوتاتیون موجود در هموژن سه بافت مغز، کبد و کلیه ارزیابی شد. در ابتدا برای اطمینان از القای استرس، میزان گلوتاتیون و مالون دی آلدئید در دو گروه محدودیت غذائی- تغییر هم­خانه مشاهده و محدودیت غذائی- تغییر هم­خانه-ایزوله، اندازه­گیری و نسبت به گروه کنترل مقایسه شد. نتیجه دال بر افزایش گلوتاتیون و مالون دی آلدئید و در واقع القای استرس بود. نتیجه کلی حاکی از تاثیرگذاری و اثر حفاظتی زردچوبه و ملاتونین  در مهار استرس اکسیداتیو در هر سه بافت مذکور است اما این تاثیرگذاری در هر سه بافت به یک شدت دیده نمی­شود. برخلاف اینکه زردچوبه در هر سه بافت  مغز، کبد و کلیه توانست سطح مالون دی آلدئید را کاهش داده و نقش آنتی­اکسیدانی را ثابت کند، در بافت کبدی نتوانست نقش آنتی­اکسیدانی خود را به خوبی نشان داده و میزان گلوتاتیون کاهش نیافت. برخلاف زردچوبه ملاتونین توانست نقش آنتی­اکسیدانی­اش را در سلول‌های بافت کبدی بهتر از بافت مغز و کلیه نشان بدهد به­طوری­که توانست سطح گلوتاتیون را در این دو بافت تقلیل دهد. بنابراین آنتی اکسیدان‌ها احتمالاً در بافت‌های مختلف عملکرد متفاوت دارند.
