چکیده | ||
Objective: To probe the impacts of PDCA combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) on patients with cesarean section. Methods: A total of 130 cases of cesarean section delivery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were selected and divided into two groups, with 50 cases in the control group (CG), and 80 cases in the observation group (OG). The CG was received routine perioperative management, and the OG was received PDCA combined with ERAS nursing. The patient’s pain, psychological states, postoperative recovery, complications, and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The VAS scores of the OG at 4 h and 72 h after operation were reduced compared to the CG (P<0.001). There were no significant difference in SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). After operation, the SAS scores and SDS scores in the OG were reduced compared to the CG (P<0.05). The time of anal exhaust, first urination and leaving bed in OG were all shorter than those in the CG (P<0.001). The total incidence rate of the OG was lower than the CG (P=0.015). The satisfaction rate of patients in the OG was significantly superior to that in the CG (P<0.001). Conclusion: PDCA combined with ERAS can improve the psychological state of cesarean section women, reduce postoperative pain, shorten the time of out-of-bed activity, reduce the incidence of complications, and is conducive to early postoperative recovery, which is worthy for clinical application. | ||
