چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: عرصه تعلیم و تربیت از مهم ترین زیرساخت های تعالی همه جانبه کشور و ساختار بنیادین برای ارتقای سرمایه انسانی شایسته در حوزه های مختلف است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت دولتی و غیردولتی جهادی در اجرای تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش استان آذربایجان غربی انجام شده است. روش شناسی پژوهش: از نظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری اطلاعات، پیمایشی – مقطعی است. جامعه آماری، مدیران دولتی و غیردولتی آموزش و پرورش استان آذربایجان غربی به ترتیب شامل 4690 و 1217 نفر است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه ای شامل 360 نفر تصادفی انتخاب شد. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهره گیری شد. روایی به روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ارزیابی شد و پایایی آن پس باروش آلفای کرونباخ و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss تایید گردید. یافته ها: میانگین عملکرد مطلوب مدیریت دولتی و غیر دولتی جهادی به ترتیب مرتبط با متغیرهای رشد و تعالی اسلامی – ایرانی، تربیت انسان مکتبی - مردمی (اجتماعی)، ارتقای مشارکت اجتماعی - خانواده در تحول نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی عمومی، نهادینه سازی مدیریت اسلامی – ایرانی، ارتقای عدالت آموزشی – تربیتی، ارتقای بهره وری نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی عمومی، نیل به جایگاه نخست تعلیم و تربیت در منطقه و جهان اسلام و سطح جهانی، تحول نظام برنامه ریزی آموزشی و اداری - مالی، است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: کلیه فرضیه ها تائید شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عملکرد مدیریت دولتی و غیردولتی جهادی در اجرای سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش مطلوب می باشد. | ||
