An efficient synthesis of new derivatives of thiazole using multicomponent reactions

چکیده

N-methyl imidazole accelerated synthesis of thiazole derivatives by employing of three-component reactions of primary amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and isothiocyanates under solvent-free conditions at room temperature in a good yield. The above synthetic procedure offers rapid access to novel and diversely substituted thiazole derivatives.
