چالشها و موانع آموزش در بسترهای مجازی: سنتزپژوهی براساس مدل روبرتس | ||

چکیده | ||
زمینه:آموزش دربسترهای مجازی رویکرد نوین آموزش در نظامهای آموزشی رسمی و غیررسمی شناخته میشود. در این میان شناسایی چالشها و موانع این بستر آموزشی موجب بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی این رویکرد آموزشی میشود. روش: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه مقالاتی هستند(296 مقاله) در زمینه چالشها و موانع آموزش مجازی میباشد. نمونه پژوهش 31 مقاله است که این تعداد بر اساس پایش موضوعی، اشباع نظری دادهها و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی مقالات مورد مطالعه، گردآوری شده-اند. یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، چالشهای آموزش مجازی را در 5 بُعد، 18 عامل و 86 مؤلفه سازمان یافت. براساس یافتهها مؤلفههای منتخب چالشهای آموزش مجازی شامل چالشهای رفتاری، چالشهای سازمانی، چالشهای آموزشی، چالشهای فرهنگی- اقتصادی و چالشهای زیرساختی میباشد. نتیجهگیری:شناسایی چالشهای آموزش مجازی، بستر مناسبی جهت رفع این چالشها و از سویی بهبود رویکردهای آموزش مجازی فراهم میآورد. امیداست برنامهریزان درسی با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش و پژوهشهایی از این قبیل که برآیندی از پیشینه پژوهشی موجود در این زمینه است در راستای تنظیم مناسب برنامههای آموزش مجازی گامهای اساسی بردارند. | ||
