چکیده

Today, life in the metropolis faces different challenges, Urbanized people have many problems to meet their basic needs, apart from job security, food and emotion, housing is a big problem for today's human being. In the not-too-distant years, perhaps the main problem for the urbanites was to provide a house or shelter, and that would suffice to do. the housing challenge is due to the reasons of population growth, lifestyle changes, land loss in metropolises, unbridled inflation in house prices, etc. If we accept that in the metropolises with regard to the mentioned dilemmas apartment is inevitable, we should analyze the conditions and space of the buildings and provide a new and different solution. In other words, "social density" (the result of overcrowding in space) causes overcrowding, i.e., physical stimulation leads to the mental stimulus. We intend to use the field of environmental psychology to solve the problems of apartment living in our country today and we will seek to reduce the tensions and stresses of living in these spaces. In terms of data type for analysis, this research is qualitative research in the first phase. Since in this paper, the level of capabilities of apartment dwellers and their perception of the space in the buildings, so in the field of survey, the way the residents express and perceive the space between the buildings will be subjected to interview, pre-test, practice and interview.this research is in the qualitative phase of exploratory research and in the quantitative phase is explanatory research
