چکیده | ||
در سالهای اخیر، همهگیری کووید-۱۹ یکی از بحرانهایی بود که جامعه بشری را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه یک مدل مدیریتی برای مقابله با بحران کرونا میباشد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت دادهها، یک پژوهش آمیخته است و جهت گردآوری دادهها از مطالعات کتابخانهای و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده که روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه متخصصین در حوزههای اقتصادی، رفاه اجتماعی، حقوق، و حکمرانی به تعداد نامحدود بوده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل تعداد ۲۰ نفر بوده که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده و در بخش کمی ۳۸۴ نفر به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک از جامعه آماری انتخاب شدهاند. در این پژوهش، برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش دلفی و همچنین معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی به کمک نرمافزار Smart-PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که واکنش اقتصادی، واکنش بهزیستی، و واکنش حکمرانی در مدیریت بحران کرونا دارای تأثیر مثبت هستند؛ اما واکنش دموکراسی، دارای تأثیر منفی در مدیریت بحران کووید-۱۹ است. | ||
