چکیده | ||
هدف تحقیق حاضر الگوی تعلیم و تربیت عقلانی بر اساس آموزههای اسلامی در راستای بهرهوری منابع انسانی میباشد برای رسیدن به این هدف از روش فراترکیب استفاده شده است. بدین ترتیب که ابتدا متون، منابع و تحقیقات مختلف پیرامون موضوع تحقیق مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت، مضمونهای مربوط به الگوی تعلیم و تربیت عقلانی در راستای بهرهوری منابع انسانی بر اساس آموزههای اسلامی شناسایی شد و سپس کدهای شناسایی شده در قالب پرسشنامه خبرگی در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت تا با اعلام نظرات و اعمال آنها در الگو، الگوی نهایی ارائه گردد. الگوی ارائه شده اعتبارسنجی گردید. الگوی نهایی تعلیم و تربیت عقلانی بر اساس آموزههای اسلامی در زندان تبریز در راستای بهرهوری منابع انسانی شامل 5 بعد، 16 مؤلفه و 98 شاخص میباشد که شامل بعد اول: تعلیم و تربیت قدرت تدبیر شامل مؤلفههای؛ عقلپروری اسلامی، تفکرپروری اسلامی، اندیشه پروری اسلامی، بعد دوم: یادگیری بر مبنای آموزههای اسلامی شامل؛ الگوپروری اسلامی، تجربهپروری اسلامی، بعد سوم؛ بهرهمندی از آموزشهای پویا شامل؛ روشهای آموزشی، آموزش نوین عدالتمحور، بعد چهارم؛ برنامهریزی فرآیندهای آموزشی، برنامهریزی نرمافزاری آموزش، برنامهریزی سختافزاری آموزش و بعد پنجم: تعلیم و تربیت مؤلفههای دینی انسانی که شامل مؤلفههای؛ تربیت اجتماعی، تربیت اخلاقی، تربیت جسمی، تربیت معنوی و اعتقادی، تربیت خصوصیات نیکوی انسانی، نفسپروری اسلامی می-باشد. | ||
