چکیده | ||
این مطالعه باهدف بررسی ویژگیهای منحصربهفرد زنجیرهتأمین محصولات غذایی، به بررسی تأثیر یکپارچهسازی زنجیرهتأمین محصولات غذایی، متشکل از یکپارچگی داخلی، تأمینکننده و مشتری، به کیفیت محصولات غذایی و قابلیت نوآوری محصول میپردازد. مدیران باید اهمیت یکپارچهسازی تأمینکننده و مشتری را هنگام پاسخ به ریسک زنجیرهتأمین و عدمقطعیت شرکت درک کنند. دادهها از ۱۶۸ مدیر فعال در صنایعغذایی استان تهران جمعآوری شده است. برای تحلیل دادهها از ابزار حداقل مربعات جزئی(SmartPLS 3.0) با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری(SEM) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که یک رابطه قوی بین عدمقطعیت و ادغام زنجیرهتأمین شامل مشتری، تأمینکننده و ادغام داخلی وجود دارد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که یکپارچهسازی مشتری و یکپارچهسازی تأمینکننده عوامل حیاتی برای بهبود کیفیت محصول در زمینه زنجیرهتأمین محصولاتغذایی هستند. نتایج را میتوان به نقش برجسته روابط و تماس با مشتری در توسعه قابلیتهای نوآوری در محصولات تولیدی که توسط برخی تحقیقات قبلی در نظر گرفته شده است، مرتبط دانست. علاوه بر این، با تجزیهوتحلیل ابعاد مختلف یکپارچهسازی زنجیرهتأمین به طور جداگانه، یکپارچگی داخلی بهعنوان یک توانمند برای یکپارچگی خارجی شناخته شده است. این مطالعه میتواند به کسبوکارهای فعال در حوزه صنایعغذایی کمک کند تا نقشهای ارزشآفرینی یکپارچهسازی زنجیرهتأمین محصولات صنایعغذایی را درک کنند و راهنماییهای ارزشمندی را برای آنها ارائه دهد تا تصمیم بگیرند چگونه به چالشهای مختلف پاسخ دهند و یکپارچهسازی زنجیرهتأمین محصولات غذایی را بهمنظور بهبود کیفیت محصول و بهبود قابلیتهای نوآوری محصول مدیریت کنند. | ||
